HKL understands the importance of your privacy (information that identifies who you are) and we are here to protect any information submitted. This Privacy explains how identifying information is collected and what we do with that information.

Personal Information

HKL collects online information from you when you complete one of our electronic forms or by sending us an email. We do not and will not sell or share this information with independent parties. Your personal information is not added to an internal mailing list as this is an illegal practice under the Australian Spam Act 2003

Children

HKL In accordance with international law, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18 without the verifiable permission of a parent or guardian.

If you are under age 18, you are welcome to browse our Web site. However, you are not permitted to use any of the features of our site that require the collection of any personally identifiable information. If we determine that we have erroneously collected a child’s information, we will immediately undertake to delete that data from our records.

Payment Terms - Within Australia & International
HKL has several different methods of payment available to our customers.
We accept the following methods:

2. Direct debit transfer

SHIPPING & RETURNS (100% Satisfaction and Guarantee)

Shipping Within Australia subject to postal cost at buyer expense. Certain remote destinations may incur extra freight cost, we reserve the right to quote on a freight forward basis or refund in full if you do not want to proceed. So far this has never happened! 

We can leave deliveries outside your door but then it is your responsibility if the goods are stolen & we will not enter into any discussion about compensation. 

Anticipated delivery times are 5-10 working days from receipt of payment. 

Shipping Overseas 

Shipping is available outside of Australia, however online purchasing is not available. 

If you would like to purchase our products and you reside outside of Australia, please contact us with your order and address details, and we will provide a quotation for shipping options and costs. 

Returns Policy 

HKL takes pride in delivering good products to our customers and if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, just contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.  

Please note: 

We require that the customer arrange and pay for the return of the products to our return address instructed. The refund will be sent to you on receipt of the goods purchased in good condition back to our premises. 

No refund will be made until the goods are received back to our nominated address nor will any refund be processed if the goods are damaged. We require that the goods be received within 7 days.
